2014 Roundabout Theatre Company Production of Cabaret (Joan Marcus)
It’s a new year; time to think about beginnings. Specifically, we’re thinking about the beginnings of musicals!
Some great musicals – like Footloose (US/UK), In The Heights (US/UK) or You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown (US/UK) – begin with the title song. But not these shows! Each of these musicals has a unique, memorable opening number that does NOT reference the show’s title.
If we name the song, can you name the musical? Break a leg!
